Terms of Service

Purchasing a commission artwork you accept you've read my Terms of Service and agree with it.I open up for commissions randomly so there are no scheduled commission opening dates.

Before ordering an artwork be sure your character and idea fit to my style and preferences.
I work only in my own artstyle.

Payment

Full payment upfront. No payment plans.The payment must be done within 48 hours.
If payment is not made within this time your order will be canceled.I accept credit/debit cards transactions via Boosty or EasyStart, both are safe to use. I prefer to use EasyStart (freelance platform) because it works perfectly and stable to work with. You just need to log in with Google and fill the form on my personal freelancer page.

Refunds

No refunds.Please be sure about your finances.
Due to current circumstances refunds are not possible in any way.
If you have any issues with payment please message me first.I have a right to make a beware post on my social media if you decided to make a chargeback for completed commission or chargeback without any discussions.

Work process

I work only with character reference sheets, not descriptions. SFW perefence sheets preferred.
I draw no more than 3 detailed characters per one art.
I accept brief and simple description of your idea for the artwork. Please use keywords!
I'm fine with references of clothing, backgrounds, poses etc. provided by a client.
I provide a sketch to a client for being it approved before finishing it. You can also ask for a work in progress picture with flat colors if your character has a complicated design.Keep in mind I work a lot with shading, color balances and filters so be ready that color tones of the character are changing in this process and don't 100% match to the reference color tones.I don't change my style marks (form of the eyes, human-looking eyebrows, detailed paws, detailed noses, toonish teeth etc).

Corrections in artwork

The max number of small corrections in the one artwork should not exceed 5 fixes.
Fixes above the maximum limit go for extra charge ($10-15 per fix, calculates individually).The fee for full redraw of the final sketch is $15-30 (depending on the complexity of the drawing).
The fee for full/partial redraw of the lineart is $15-30 (depending on the complexity of the drawing).I don't do big fixes and changes into finished artwork. I don't take a responsibility if you didn't ask for corrections before. I have a right to refuse to do any fixes into finished artwork.

Client's rights

You receive the artwork for WEB usage without print settings (less resolution and dpi).
If you're going to print your artwork/need high resolution size inform me before I start my work on your order.
An additional fee is charged if you need an artwork larger than A4 and more than 300 dpi.
I have a right to refuse your order due personal reasons without explanation.
If your character design and/or idea description is not suitable for my style I have a right to decline your order.
You have a right to use your picture for non-commercial use only.
I have a right to upload your commission to my galleries and portfolios.
Final artwork will be sent to you before uploading it to my gallery.
I don't do "secret" commissions forbidden from publication.
I can keep the artwork private until specific date if it's a gift.
I have a right to charge extra fee for complex character design, complicated backgrounds and ideas.
I don't send .psd (or other formats with layers) files of your commission.
I have a right to use all denied sketches for my future artwork.IMPORTANT: If you receive your finished art commission please don't left me in silence! I want to know I did my job well and you're fine with that! If you dislike my done work let me know about it and we'll find any way to fix it (exept refunds).

Deadlines

I don't work with deadlines of any kind.
My estimate deadline completion dates are 1 week - 2 month depending on your commission complexity.If I'll not be able to work or any delays happen with your commission you'll be contacted immideately.

Permissions

I don't give a permission to use my personal art and original characters for personal and commercial use.
You can use my personal art/art with my OCs as wallpapers or save it. You can use personal art WITHOUT my OCs (abstract characters only) for pfps but don't forget to credit me please! Feel free to ask me privately if you're unsure.
I'm fine with my art being posted on furry-themed medias (in positive way) with all necessary credits: my gallery link or/and nickname mentioned. I'd be glad to be informed about repost beforehand.
I prohibit to use my art for anything AI-related.
I prohibit to do any edits of my work, copy it or plagiate. I prohibit to use my art for scamming schemes.
