Terms of Service

Purchasing a commission artwork you accept you've read my Terms of Service and agree with it.I open up for commissions randomly so there are no scheduled commission opening dates.

Before ordering an artwork be sure your character and idea fit to my style and preferences.
I work only in my own artstyle.

Payment

Payment option 1 [preferred]: Lava.top (Ko-fi alternative): accepts PayPal, Stripe, Apple pay, Google pay, credit/debit cards
Payment option 2: PayPal invoice (+9% fee to the total price)Full payment upfront. The payment must be done within 48 hours.
If the payment is not made within this time your order will be canceled.For commissions with a cost of 350 USD and higher you can reserve a slot with a down payment of 50% of the total price and pay the rest after the sketch. The works continues only after the 100% complete payment. Reserved slot is going in the down of the queue list until the payment is 100% complete.

Refunds

No refunds.
Reservation payment is non-refundable.
Please be sure about your finances.
Due to current circumstances refunds are not possible in any way.
If you have any issues with payment please message me first.I have a right to make a beware post on my social media if you break my ToS, decided to make a chargeback for a completed commission/ without communicating me first.

Work process

I work only with character reference sheets, not descriptions, no AI made.
SFW reference sheets preferred.
I accept brief and simple description of your idea for the artwork. Please use keywords!
I'm fine with references of clothing, backgrounds, poses etc. provided by a client.
I provide a sketch to a client being it approved and also send several WIPs during the process. Feel free to ask for an extra WIP picture if it's required. I continue to work on commission only after being every WIP approved by a client.Keep in mind I work a lot with render and color balances so be ready that color tones of the character are changing during the process and it doesn't 100% match to the reference color tones.
I don't change my style trademarks.

Corrections in artwork

5 no-fee edits is the max limit per one work.
Any edits above the maximum limit go for extra charge starting at $10+ per edit.
The fee for the final sketch full redraw is 20% of the total price.
I don't do full/partial redraw after the sketch approvement.
The fee ammount is depending on the complexity of a drawing.I can do only minor edits into the finished artwork.

Client's rights

You receive the artwork for WEB usage without print settings (less resolution and dpi) + original high-res picture (except icons and sketch stuff).
If you're going to print your artwork/need high resolution size inform me before the work start.
An additional fee is charged if you need an artwork larger than A4 and more than 300 dpi.
I have a right to refuse your order due to personal reasons without any explanation.
If your character design and/or idea description is not suitable for my style I have a right to decline your order.
You have a right to use your picture for non-commercial use only.
You receive your commission files before being it published to my galleries and portfolios.
I don't do "secret" commissions forbidden from publication.
I can keep the artwork private until specific date if it's a gift.
I have a right to charge extra fee for complex stuff.
I don't send .psd files.
I have a right to use all denied sketches for my future artwork.IMPORTANT: If you receive your finished commission please don't left me in silence! It's very important to me to know you're satisfied with the result! If you dislike the final work let me know about it and we'll find any way to fix it (except refunds).

Deadlines

I don't work with strict deadlines.
My estimate completion timing is 2 weeks - 3 months depending on your commission complexity and your number in my queue list.If I'll not be able to work or any delays happen with your commission you'll be contacted immediately.

Permissions

I don't give a permission to use my personal art and original characters for personal and commercial use.
You can use my personal art/art with my OCs as wallpapers and save it on your devices.
I'm fine with my art being posted on furry-themed medias (in positive way) with all necessary credits: my gallery link or/and nickname mentioned. I'd be glad to be informed about repost beforehand.
I prohibit to use my art for anything AI-related.
I prohibit to do any edits of my work, copy it or plagiate. I prohibit to use my art for scamming schemes.

The price for the commission piece is calculated individually depending on the character design, idea, format etc.
Feel free to use my other artwork as a reference for a preferred format/composition.If you have any non-standard suggestions for the art commission I'm always welcome to discuss that!
